Polyphenols are a group of chemicals with more than one phenol unit per molecule. These compounds are naturally found in many plants. The most commonly found plant polyphenols are, flavonoids, phenolic acid, catechins, anthocyanins, isoflavones, quercetin, and resveratrol.
